I think this company deserves this, waited for the salesman called shawn to quote me and he promised me twice but never get back to me for over 1 month. I have since got another quote and do with other vendor but yeah, unprofessional when i provided all the measurements, waited a month. The one month later, he provided me a voicemail saying "he will update by today" and end up didn't send the quote and just kept quiet. Don't wear a big hat if you don't have a big head.
