First of all I would say AMC steel product is top class because their ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. Mr Freddie was the sales person engaged with me initially. He was honest from day 1. He told me AMC Engineering Steel grill more expensive than other companies in market. But he explained what I get for the extra money I paid. He delivered what he promised. I must also mention about Miss. Foo who in charge for installation. When I noticed a scratch mark in the grill and I complained to her she made all the efforts to arrange for the rework immediately. What surprised me was she was coming all the way to my house to check the quality of the rework. She made sure everything done neatly and sent me the rework videos and also advised me on how to take good care of the grill. Highly recommended company for high quality product.

Good product and workmanship. Provide goodand fast support after sales. For defect claiming, good response from all staff especially Ms Foo and other technical team.

Pic is good in attitude. During design stage very patient in explanation.
During installation time, got design mistake, able to settle but spend more time.
Welding work, cutting work and paint spray affect my car porch floor (epoxy floor). They came and do the cleaning by some chemical but cannot 100% (Some yellowing still maintain on the floor permanently). Hope can take more attention on this issue in future.
Can request non-smoking worker for installation work. Good👍.

I recently purchased a gate from AMC Company under a great promotion. Mr. SK, the sales assistant, guided me through the process smoothly, and everything went well until the installation day. However, a few days after installation, he sent the warranty letter via WhatsApp without any greeting or introduction. I had an automatic gate installed by AMC Engineering, and overall experience was positive. The quotation process was smooth and transparent. They provided a detailed breakdown of costs, and the team was quick to respond to any questions I had. However, there was a minor issue with the gate's operation shortly after installation, but I reached out to AMC, and they handled my complaint efficiently. Their customer service was attentive and resolved the issue, ensuring that everything was working as expected (handled by Ema).

I also had awning installation done by AMC recently (handled by Amirul) and work was done in timely manner. Front awning does have some difference (looks tilted from right to left side and noticeable) but overall acceptable. Back awning is good.
